SHADOW OF WAR: BEHIND THE SCENES OF THE LIVE-ACTION INTERACTIVE FILM
Thursday, October 26th, 2017, 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Directed by Neil Huxley, the epic Shadow of War live-action, interactive, cinematic game trailer looks equally as incredible as Peter Jackson’s iconic movies – all shot over the course of seven very cold (but very fun) days. On October 26th, Neil Huxley will be joined by Victoria Osborn, Head of CG at Moving Picture Company, for a behind-the-scenes look at how the commercial was mastered. The presenters will talk about the making of the project and share insights into how the film came together for the Tolkien adaptation. There will be heaps of information shared, from assembling a world-class crew to shooting in the middle of a Ukrainian winter, why and how practical effects and prosthetics were used, as well as a look at the incredible work that went into the digital creatures and post-production.
To see the full, interactive film – with a choice of six different endings – and get a taste of the nemesis system, visit shadowofwar.com.
