Disney's live action reboot of the cartoon classic "Pete's Dragon" opened in 3rd this weekend in the North American box office with $21 million. Gnomon Workshop artists Aaron Sims and Madeleine Scott-Spencer worked on the fantasy film. Last week's champion, Suicide Squad,which also features some work from a GW artist, was still #1 with $43 million.
