Thursday, February 21st, 2019, 7:30 pm – 10:00 pm

What goes into creating characters and creatures that audiences across the globe can connect with? Find out on Thursday, February 21st when MPC, the world-renowned visual effects and production company, joins us on the Lenovo Stage at Gnomon to discuss the workflows and thought process behind some of their most well-known characters creations.

Hear first-hand from artists behind MPC's creature work, who will be talking on the importance of planning, the software used, and the challenges they often face. From students to professionals, audience members of all levels will be able to take something away from these in-depth discussions as the presenters do a deep dive into designing and creating relatable characters and creatures.

Seating is limited, so be sure to RSVP and arrive in good time to secure a place in line. Attendee check-in will open at approximately 6:30 PM; a valid Eventbrite RSVP will be required to get an event wristband.

Gnomon School of VFX's full-time programs and 10-week individual courses are designed to develop well-rounded artists that are skilled in the diverse disciplines within 3D production. For those outside of the US, virtual classroom-style online courses are also available.
