On June 27th, swing behind the scenes of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse with Sony Pictures Imageworks’ Head of Character Animation, Joshua Beveridge.

Imageworks was tasked with breaking the rules to create a stylized universe and bring Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse to the big screen. From animation to technology, artists were challenged with developing new tools and techniques to create a groundbreaking visual style for this fresh and highly original take on a comic book character beloved by fans worldwide. Join Joshua as he treats audiences to a sneak peek at all the awesome innovation that went into making this movie an instant fan favorite and Academy Award®-winning success.

This event will not be live streamed and seating is limited, so be sure to RSVP and arrive in good time to secure a place in line. Attendee check-in will open at approximately 6:30 PM; a valid Eventbrite RSVPwill be required to get an event wristband.

Joshua Beveridge is an animation supervisor at Sony Pictures Imageworks. Having joined the studio in 2005, Joshua recently finished work on the Academy Award®-winning feature Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. His credits include Storks, Hotel Transylvania 2, Alice In Wonderland, Cloudy with A Chance of Meatballs, I Am Legend, Surf’s Up, Open Season, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, and more.
